The residence

You enter through a magnificent original entrance. Take the lift upstairs and the city slips quietly away. A twelve-metre entrance hall divides the home into two distinct wings. To one side is the living space: a 24 m² sitting and dining room flowing effortlessly into the gallery, alongside an 18 m² kitchen centred around a natural stone island. The private wing is designed for rest. Two generous principal bedrooms, each measuring over sixteen square metres, open onto balconies overlooking the façade. Two further bedrooms complete the rear of the apartment. There are three bathrooms, one featuring a freestanding bath beneath the window. A dressing room. A separate laundry room. Ceilings rise above three metres throughout. The interior follows a simple philosophy: never compete with what already deserves to be celebrated. Olive, terracotta and sand sit comfortably alongside the original mosaic floors. Brushed brass, pale timber and natural stone create a palette of quiet confidence. Nothing overwhelms.
