We collect the data you voluntarily provide through contact forms, viewing requests, guide downloads, or alert subscriptions: name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message or search preferences.
When you submit a form, we also attach a summary of your prior browsing on our site (properties viewed or saved as favourites, zones consulted, number of visits), stored locally in your browser. This information helps us better understand your search and personalise our response; it is kept alongside your enquiry and deleted when the enquiry is deleted.
With your consent for analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure site usage on an aggregate basis. See our Cookie Policy.
Processing is based on your express consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by checking the consent box on our forms or accepting analytics cookies via the cookie banner. Analytics measurement is only activated if you select "Accept" on the cookie banner.
Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, in any case, for the legally required period. You may request its deletion at any time.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to alvaro@anrealestate.es.
Withdrawing consent: where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by writing to the same address, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. For commercial email communications, you may also unsubscribe via the link included in each message.
If you believe our processing does not comply with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
